Did you know that the Sovereign Lord of all the earth will abstain from working in the world unless He first tells someone?
Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen for I will HASTEN MY WORD TO PERFORM IT. -Jeremiah 1:12
Why was it so important for the prophets to declare the Word of the Lord? He declared to Jeremiah that He would hasten, or ‘speed’ His Word in order to perform it. God spoke quickly to Jeremiah, He had decided to reveal His mysteries because He was ready to quickly accomplish them.
Some view God as a creator who is absent; uninvolved in the world. Others view Him as absolutely in control of all things at all times, and that He is so above that He need never consult with us about His great omnipotent doings.
Yet the prophets of scripture reveal a God not far removed, nor belligerantly in control.

According to this word God only does something in the world after consulting with man. Does this not line up with the stories of scripture? Did God, for instance, reveal to Abraham that He was about to destroy Sodom and Gommorah (Gen 18)? Before doing so, He consulted with Abraham. Why?

Does God change? (Malachi 3:6) Is Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever? (Hebrews 13:8)
God is not dead, but living, He is I AM – RIGHT NOW.
God today is seeking servants to speak to. God today is doing things in the earth, can He trust YOU with His secrets? Are you listening? Do you even care?
We dare to think the prophetic is about us… no, the Spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus. He declares so that He can bring forth; He reveals because He seeks commrades in the earth who will bear he witness… no, who will listen and be involved, who will work with Him.
Can two walk together except they be agreed? -Amos 3:3
God wants a people to walk with, to talk with; a people who will be His friends; a people of the faith of Abraham; a people to tell secrets to and converse with.
In these last days there are secrets aplenty to be heard, and God is seeking to use YOU, His hands and feet in the world.
The veil is opened, enter in. (Hebrews 10:19-21)
The secret of the Lord is with them hat fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. -Ps 25:14
